Pooping, having a food baby, going number two...however you call it, it is a normal healthy and IMPORTANT bodily function. I think we underestimate how important it really is until we can't poop. And so many suffer in silence because, let's face it, it is SUPER embarrassing to talk about ESPECIALLY with your Dr. If I can talk about it on the internet, you can talk to your Dr.!!
